Learn more at Required Qualifications: u2022 Advanced Nurse Practitioner Certification in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Geriatric, Adult or Physician Assistant certification u2022 Active unrestricted APRN or PA-C license in New York, or ability to obtain prior to start u2022 Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start New York Residents Only : The salary range for New York residents is $109,513 to $147,146 per year.
