Service Technician

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a qualified Service Technician to join one of our clients in the East Greenbush, NY area. the ideal candidate will be responsible for the following: u2003Responsible for general electro-mechanical troubleshooting of XOS benchtop analyzers. This individual will be expected to perform diagnostic investigations, troubleshoot electrical failures down to board level, as well as troubleshoot mechanical failures and make all needed repairs within a ten-day window. u2003Responsible for documenting and detailing all repairs. u2003Communicate with XOS technical support team throughout each diagnostic/repair cycle. u2003Refurbish X-Ray engines.
