As a Rehabilitation Counselor 2, you will provide a full range of rehabilitative/habilitative services to individuals with more complex issues, including:u2022 Assessing individualsu2019 rehabilitative needs and coordinating necessary psychosocial, educational, and/or vocational services.u2022 Monitoring and documenting progress toward established goals and objectives.u2022 Determining what changes have occurred as a result of treatment plan.u2022 Assuring compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
