Equipment Operator

GENERAL SUMMARY: HIGH REACH / STAND-UP EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: Location: 300 Cardinal Drive, Marengo, Ohio 43334 High Reach Forklift Responsible for the placement and retrieval of store's merchandise in reserve storage locations and replenishes merchandise in pick lines using stand-up lift equipment or other equipment as directed by the supervisor. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: + Operates a stand-up lift to replenish merchandise in the order filling areas up to 6 levels high or to put away merchandise in storage areas. + Removes empty pallets from pick lines and storage areas. + Verifies inventory locations with radio frequency unit information. + Meets and maintains safety, quality, and productivity standards. Qualifications u2022 Ability to operate a stand-up lift. u2022 Ability to use handheld/lift-mounted radio frequency unit. u2022 Basic math and reading skills. u2022 Communication skills. u2022 Competency to obtain a lift operator license. u2022Safety Mindset u2013 100% Commitment u2022Previous warehouse experience, preferred, not required. u2022Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 8u201312 hours per shift. u2022Reliable attendance and transportation. u2022 Dependability and team spirit. EXPERIENCE u2022Previous industrial equipment experience preferred. SHIFTS Shift 2-Monday-Friday 3:00 pm u2013 11:00 pm. ($19.00 hr. base pay + $1.00/hr. shift Premium totaling $20.00/hr.) Shift 3-Sunday-Thursday 11:00 pm-7:00 am ($19.00 hr. base pay +$1.50/hr. shift Premium totaling $20.50/hr.)
