As a Staffing Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in this mission by developing and supporting an amazing team of compassionate and dedicated healthcare providers. **Why Join Elara Caring?** + Collaborative and supportive work environment + Unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference + Competitive compensation package + Tuition reimbursement for full-time staff and continuing education opportunities at no cost + Opportunities for advancement + Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans + 401(k) with employer match + Paid time off, holidays, family and pet bereavement leave + Pet insurance **Key Responsibilities** + Manage ongoing scheduling of homemaking, personal care, and home health aide services, including planned and unplanned absences + Ensure all clients without an attendant (CWA), holds, and updates are managed per protocol, with timely submission of regulatory documentation + Provide weekly CWA reports and maintain client communication and documentation in Arrow + Submit client communication forms (2067) as required + Complete compliance items in Arrow and track new hire status + Update attendant availability and ensure compliance with orientation procedures + Maintain accurate caregiver schedules and connect weekly with CWA clients to keep them informed + Perform additional duties and projects as assigned **Requirements** + High school diploma or GED + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Excellent organizational skills + Experience or personal understanding of the needs of elderly or disabled populations + 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office environment preferred + Access to reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance as required by state law This is not a comprehensive list of all responsibilities.
