Nows your chance to join a fast-growing, veteran-owned company with a commitment to safety, service, and your success.What We OfferCompetitive pay: $19 - $32/hour based on experience$1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS!Work-life balance: 4-day work week (4x10 shifts)Sunday - Wednesday OR Wednesday - Saturday days3 weeks PTO starting on day oneWeekly paychecks for your convenience$6,240 annual shift premium for 2nd shift ($3/hour extra!)$1,200 annual tool allowance$200 annual boot allowance$1,200 annual CDL A/B stipendOpportunities for career advancement through OEM education coursesUniforms provided, with laundry service includedComprehensive benefits package — medical, dental, vision, company-paid life & disability insurance, and more voluntary elections401(k) plan with company matchWhat Youll Be DoingPerform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on trailer refrigeration unitsDiagnose and fix issues on 2019-2024 Carrier and 2024 ThermoKing unitsUse diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problemsRepair or replace compressors, evaporators, condensers, fans, hoses, belts, and electronic controlsEnsure all work meets or exceeds manufacturer specs and company standardsComplete accurate maintenance and repair documentationManage parts and supply inventory for the shopFollow safety policies to maintain a safe and efficient work environmentCommunicate professionally and clearly with drivers and fleet managersStay current with industry technology and repair techniques through ongoing trainingSupport and assist fellow technicians as neededPerform other duties as assignedWhat Were Looking For608 Certification preferredExperience working with Transport Refrigeration Units (TRUs) preferredThermoKing and/or Carrier factory certifications a big plusSolid understanding of refrigeration operation and microprocessor control systemsProficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipmentBasic computer skills to operate diagnostic software and toolsValid Drivers License requiredAbility to lift up to 75 lbs.
