The Custodian @ The Cardinal provides exemplary service in keeping buildings in a clean and orderly condition, ensuring residents and guests a safe and healthy environment. This associate performs community cleaning duties, such as floor cleaning, carpet cleaning/extraction, washing walls and glass, and removing trash.*$1000 Sign on bonus*Schedule: FT - Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm (2 Weekends a Month)Pay Rate $16.75Paid Vacation / Sick Time / 7 Paid HolidaysExcellent - Medical / Dental / Vision Benefits / 401KFree Meal each shiftWhat will I do every day?Clean assigned community spaces including rooms, lobbies etc.Safely move furniture, equipment, and suppliesOrder and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance dutiesReport any maintenance repairs to supervisorWhat will I need to be successful in this role?High school graduate preferred Six months to one year of custodial experience Experience working in a senior environment preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed What’s in it for me?
