Lead MBSE Program Manager

WiSC Enterprises is seeking a Program Manager to lead a high-visibility program supporting critical national security missions. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in program leadership, acquisition management, and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). Our employees thrive in environments where leadership, integrity, and innovation drive success.Serve as the senior point of contact for all programmatic, contractual, and technical matters.Provide leadership and accountability for program management activities, including cost, schedule, and performance.Apply MBSE methodologies to drive systems engineering processes such as:Stakeholder requirements definition and system analysis.System and service architecture design, verification, and validation.Deployment, operations, maintenance, and system/service transition.Oversee technical enabling activities including:Program/project planning, assessment, and control.Decision management, life-cycle readiness, and risk management.Configuration, information, measurement, and quality assurance/IT resiliency.Manage organizational and program enabling activities such as:Acquisition support, infrastructure management, and portfolio oversight.Strategy development, governance, and enterprise-level support.Office/records management, event coordination, and continuity of operations.Implement earned value management (EVM), agile acquisition, and business process improvements to enhance efficiency.Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams to achieve mission objectives.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).15+ years of experience in program/project management, including leadership of large, complex programs ($100M+).Demonstrated expertise with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles and tools.Strong background in acquisition, requirements management, and systems engineering.PMP and/or ITIL certifications (or ability to obtain).Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field.Experience managing programs in defense, intelligence, or highly technical mission environments.Proven ability to deliver across the full lifecycle of complex systems.
