Are you interested in beingan agent of change on a team committed to achieving client-focused, mission-driven excellence?Steampunkis seeking aProject Managerwho is creative and is a hands-on expert with delivering innovative technology solutions.Responsibilities will include team leadership for the complete life cycle of solution development and delivery, providing Agile Project Management support and Scrum Master support for Agile teams, coordinating with product owners and stakeholders on prioritizing the backlog, creating release schedules and roadmaps based on assessment recommendations, and establishing technical practices and release management standards that align with the customer's process. This individual will also ensure the team is following, and effective at, Agile scrum processes as well as driving high client satisfaction.Youwill work with stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and requirements. Working with our team's Technical Lead, youwill ensure that any designs align with our client's objectives.One of your key functions isto learn how things worked in the past, present data about how things are now, and show how it can improve by creating assets such as system maps and diagrams.QualificationsRequired:Authorized to work for any U.S. employee andability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance4+ years managing IT projects using agile methodologies and approaches4+ year experience with Scrum/Kanban Methodologies4+ years hands-on experience in a Business Analyst role.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to establish immediate credibility with clients, build consensus, and achieve goals through influenceAbility to help teams write user stories/epics, identify dependencies, and design optimal solutionsFlexibility to work with teams, individuals and executives and willingness to help with a wide variety of work products and peopleExcellent interpersonal/communication skillsExperience working in a studio / human centered design approachPreferred:PMP or PMI CAPM preferredCertified Scrum MasterSteampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000 to $175,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
