Join us.The Senior Project Manager - Logistics will monitor projects in close relationship with all relevant stakeholders, especially operational teams, from idea to execution, and manage project budget issues, risks and KPIs.Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following areas of focus:General Purpose:Lead logistics automation projects ($10M-$50M scale) to:Enable growthDrive warehouse strategy and automationImprove speed to customerSupport D2C transformationOptimize cost and service qualityEnhance processes and IT system integrationManage project budgets, risks, KPIs, and stakeholder alignmentMain Responsibilities:Oversee multiple projects simultaneouslyOwn project concept, business case, and scopeDevelop project charter, master plan, risk mitigation, and team setupLead steering committees with senior managementManage resources: people, budget, IT tools, data analysisDrive system/process improvements and IT integrationsLead UAT for automation and SAP integrationMonitor project performance (cost, timing, scope, risks)Support operating budget developmentEnsure change management and stakeholder alignmentEvaluate post-Go-Live success and propose improvementsManage external consultantsPotential global project involvement (Europe, Asia)We are seeking an individual who possesses a master’s degree in a business-related field with a focus on supply chain, logistics or other operational type fields; equivalent work experience in lieu of degree may be considered. We are also seeking an individual with 10+ years of experience in project management; preferrably in logistics/warehousing/transportation.Qualifications & Skills:Technical Skills:Strong project management experienceDeep knowledge of SCM, logistics, warehouse operations, IT/SAP integrationFluent English (verbal & written); French or German is a plusData analysis and process optimization skillsProficiency in SAP (ECC, S/4, EWM), MS Office, Power BI, VisioLean management & continuous improvement (preferred)Project Management Certification (e.g., PMI) is a plusBehavioral Skills:Structured, organized, and analyticalStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEffective time/stress management and prioritizationAbility to lead and work with diverse, intercultural teamsWillingness to travelExperience & Education:10+ years in project management (preferably logistics/warehousing/transportation)Experience with IT projects (SAP ECC, S/4, EWM)Familiarity with 3PL providers and contract logisticsReal estate project experience is a plusMaster's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering (or equivalent experience)What We’ll ProvideThis preferred work location is Ogden, Utah--the gateway to the many exciting ski areas and other outdoor recreation.
