Maintain continual oversight of RFI backlogs and incoming backlogs to ensure compliance with metric targetsRe-assign daily shift resources to meet demandsFunction as a focal point for area group production coordinators and prioritiesParticipate in adding to the areaâs to-do lists for improvement projectsFulfill resource gaps when shifts are short-handedMentor employees to meet supervisor expectations for the jobTrain continuously to improve employeesâ skillsMonitor department consumables and reorderingMonitor the general fulfillment center email inboxPick, lift, organize, and move standard hardware, raw material, purchased parts, machined details, and assemblies to support inventory control for launch operations at the Cape Canaveral launch siteAssemble racks, look for parts, organize supplies, and perform any other tasks directed by the inventory managerPerform picking function to create necessary kits of parts, material, and hardware as required; ascertain that all parts are available and accounted for in the kitMaintain strict material handling practices in accordance with proceduresMonitor shelf-life storage and maintain proper rotation of stockPerform daily cycle countsEffectively utilize ERP systems,
