Cardiology Physician

Responsibilities + Offer excellent non- or limited-invasive, non-interventional general cardiology care to adult patients in our outpatient clinic and at our community hospital + Provide general cardiology care 3-4 days per week in our outpatient cardiology clinic + Implant pacemakers and loop recorders (not required skills) + Perform Cardioversion + Read echoes, Holter monitors, stress tests, and EKGs + Participate in a 1:4 shared hospital call + No outpatient clinic on hospital call day + Round on inpatients + Consult with ED and Hospitalists + Oversee the hospitalu2019s cardiology lab + Perform TEE's (required skill) + Collaborate with the hospitalu2019s impressive Cardiac Rehab program and staff + Enjoy a strong referral base from within our communityu2019s providers + Partner with highly trained, competent, and caring support staff + Work in a group where hearts are big and teamwork rules the day + Provide services in a community where healthcare providers are appreciated every day for their heroic work Qualifications + A valid and unrestricted California medical license + Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA) + Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program Overview General Cardiology Opportunity in the Sierra Foothills - Shareholder Track Picture a Northern California mountain location within 1 hour of Lake Tahoe and 40 minutes of a major metropolitan area, without the traffic congestion.
