Adecco is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Parts Counter Associate to join our clientu2019s team. In this role, you'll be the face of the storeu2014greeting customers, answering questions, and helping with product selections and purchases. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy helping people find what they need, we want to hear from you Pay Rate: $19-22/hr Type: Contract to hire Location: Rochester, NY Key Responsibilities: + Greet and assist walk-in customers with trailer parts and supply needs + Answer incoming calls and provide accurate product information + Process sales and handle front counter transactions efficiently + Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized sales floor + Assist with inventory tracking, restocking, and merchandising + Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer service Qualifications: + Prior experience in retail, parts sales, or customer service preferred + Strong communication and problem-solving skills + Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems + Ability to lift and move inventory items as needed + Friendly, professional demeanor and a strong team player Apply now for immediate consideration Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
