The Pharmacy Technician reports to the Pharmacy Operations Leader to support our Pharmacy Operations team. You will be an individual contributor, while working cross-functionality with other teams in the organization. As a Pharmacy Technician at Truepill, you will play a vital role in supporting our Pharmacy Operations team by assisting pharmacists to enter prescription information, fill medications, maintaining patient confidentiality, and various tasks to provide exceptional patient care. u25cf You will fill medications according to pharmacy practice guidelines u25cf Youu2019ll partner with pharmacists to address medication-related inquiries and assist patients effectively. u25cf Youu2019ll fulfill medications following company procedures and medication requirements. u25cf Youu2019ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pharmacy operations and enhance patient experience. u25cf You'll manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to promptly and accurately fill prescriptions u25cf You will adhere to pharmacy laws and regulations governing pharmacy technicians and ensure compliance with company policies. u25cf You will meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the manager upon employment to ensure operational efficiency. u25cf Youu2019ll continuously enhance knowledge and skills in pharmacy technology and stay updated with industry trends.
