Lead Site Technician

Peregrine Team is hiring for a Lead Site Technician in Alpharetta, GA. This position is a full-time, contract to hire role with full benefits and competitive pay. As a Lead Site Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of site cleaning and maintenance projects from start to finish. Youll guide a team of technicians in supporting critical environments such as data centers, construction sites, and GMP facilities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role requires both hands-on technical work and leadership in directing daily site activities.Key Responsibilities:Lead, train, and mentor Site Technicians, ensuring all team members follow safety and quality standardsOversee daily workflow, delegate tasks, and verify completion of assignmentsPerform and supervise cleaning as well as conduct quality checksEnsure proper use of cleaning materials, tools, and equipment while enforcing OSHA and site-specific safety requirementsProvide progress updates, escalate issues as needed, and support project documentation/reportingRequirements:Strong communication skills with ability to read, write, and speak English proficientlyReliable transportation and valid government-issued IDComfortable working at heights and in confined spacesWilling to submit to a criminal background check and substance screeningDemonstrated leadership experience in a technical, facilities, or cleaning/janitorial environmentPreferred Qualifications:Bilingual (English/Spanish a plus)Knowledge of data center environments and/or construction sitesOSHA 10 (or higher) Certification2+ years of relevant experience with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role Email your resume to
