You must be someone the doctor can confidently leave in the room with a patient, knowing they'll feel comfortable, cared for, and well-informed.If you can adapt quickly, stay composed when treatment plans shift mid-appointment, and bring confident, positive energy into every interaction, you’ll thrive in this role.Key Responsibilities:Chairside Clinical SupportAssist the doctor in a full range of general and specialty procedures, including but not limited to crown and bridge, cosmetic restorations, implant surgeries, and complex restorative cases.You should feel comfortable stepping in seamlessly during procedures, anticipating what’s needed next and supporting the doctor with calm, steady confidenceCapture detailed digital impressions and diagnostic records that meet both clinical standards and the doctor’s visual expectations for perfection.Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and scans using software systems and other digital toolsHandle attachments and post-op protocols efficiently and accuratelyServe as a trusted extension of the provider, capable of carrying the room when the doctor steps out. Patients should feel engaged, cared for, and at ease in your presence.Operatory Management & SterilizationFollow OSHA and infection control protocols rigorously while keeping sterilization workflows efficient and proactive.Meticulously set up and break down rooms between patients.
