Takes initiative to participate in training and developing opportunities to prepare for current and future challenges.Role(s) -Works directly with Production management to provide support of the Production process and activities including but not limited to manpower reduction and addition, participation rate, and etc.Responsibilities-Constantly seek improvements and create a climate where others are encouraged to produce a quality product through active engagement with team membersSchedule and attend pre-shift meetings, report meeting summary and photos in TeamsWork Standard - Make sure the lineside binder is updated with the latest work standardAudit hourly FTQ EOL Quality Sheets and assist line Management in investigation of root cause and countermeasuresMaintain and organize 5S lineside carts and suppliesAudit and track 5S line conditions and skids. Report 5S issues to Management and verify areas cleaned and maintainedMaintain and control all process documentation for Production DepartmentCreate production analysis reports for UPH, quality issues, major downtime issues, major rework, and quality countermeasuresMaintain all production process alerts and quality alerts, verify training conducted on all shiftsMaintain Circle of Skills and recertification of Mobis Team MembersAssist in the training of new temps, line audits on work instructions and time studiesNew Temp line acclamation 30-60-90 daysCreate and maintain production temp testConduct weekly PPE & Dress Code audits per company policyOther tasks as assignedMinimum Education and Experience Requirements: Experience: 0-3 yearsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)Degree Field: Engineering Technology or a related fieldEquivalent Experience/Education: 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing/automotive industryCommunication Skills: IntermediateForeign Language Required: No. If yes, what language?
