This position requires a sound understanding of the processes while serving as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders. This position will require strong collaboration among team members and direct supervision.Accurately process/performs department specific while adhering to departmental procedures and guidelines provided by leadershipProficient processing/performance department specific as well as additional higher level tasks for the departmentIdentify potential problems or issues that fall outside of standard procedures and provide leadership with ways to improve operational efficiencyDemonstrate effective communication skills within the department and to key stakeholdersProvide timely updates on progression of job responsibilities to leadershipDemonstrate the ability to work collaboratively both within a team and outside of the departmentAssist in the advancement of both departmental and firm wide initiatives when neededStrong attention to detail skills to minimize risk to the firmInitiative and self-direction when performing tasks with the ability to organize and prioritize effectively in order to meet deadlinesAbility to utilize sound judgment in order to assist with more complex issues with the ability to disseminate relevant information to leadershipAble to handle large workloads that vary based on heavy volume periodsAbility to work autonomously throughout the day based on performance criteria provided by leadershipAbility to assist in training both new and existing associates on departmental processes regarding the advisory account services processesMinimum Required: Bachelor�s Degree or equivalent combination of experience and educationMinimum Required: 2+years� professional business related experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel #LI-AS1Stifel is more than 130 years old and still thinking like a start-up.
