Hours of operation: 8:30am - 5pm with on-call requirementJOB SUMMARYAssists the Director of Admissions in the administrative management of the Admissions Department making decisions as outlined by established standards, policies and procedures. Serves as a professional leader of the Admissions Department. Serves as liaison between the Admissions Department and other areas of the organization.Education/Regulatory Requirements:RN degree from a college or university, accredited by the Accreditation Commissionfor Education in Nursing and/or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.Florida licensed RN.BSN preferred.Skills:One year experience in a leadership role or demonstrated capability of same required.Computer literate.Flexible, creative, assertive, articulate, nurturing and self-nurturing.Homecare Homebase software experience a plus.Professional Requirements:Effective oral and written communication skills.Ability to develop and apply effective customer service skills.Demonstrates organizational, administrative and personnel management skills.Ability to work well under stress and with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.Language Skills:Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
