It is recognized that the level of support required will increase when projects that are more complex are assigned. Master´s degree in Science or Engineering, or related field highly desired. Alternative business-related qualification (e.g. MBA) allied to customer facing experienceProject Management qualification (e.g. PMP, Prince2 or equivalent) or education (highly advantageous)Typically requires 5 years of relevant experience in an operational and / or scientific area within the Industry (highly desirable)Technical background preferred, or experience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry, especially CDMO environmentAble to demonstrate mastery of Project Management processes and tools through proven experience in a PM function (mandatory)Experience in leading others in project contextEffective time management skills and the ability to multitask.Track record of overachieving targetsComfortable in an environment of change and levels of uncertainty as befits complex development and manufacturing projects in a CDMO environmentExperience of, and comfort with different cultural environments and styles as befits a worldwide client base is desirable.In compliance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act, Hovione discloses a base pay range for this U.S. based position. Actual pay is influenced by location, skills, experience, and qualifications. Non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime, and all roles may include a short-term incentive bonus. Employment is at-will, and compensation may change based on performance or market conditions. Benefits include 401(k), paid time off, leaves, and health coverage (medical, dental, vision), subject to plan terms. Full benefit details are shared upon offer.
