Senior Payroll Analyst

Description We are looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to oversee and enhance payroll operations within Oracle Fusion. This role is pivotal to ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficient system management. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, analytical skills, and collaboration to drive seamless payroll processes. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage the complete payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness using Oracle Fusion. u2022 Perform payroll-related general ledger reconciliations and contribute to month-end financial close activities. u2022 Maintain and update costing configurations to support payroll accuracy and budget alignment. u2022 Generate, review, and analyze payroll reports to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. u2022 Support audits, including year-end processing and documentation preparation. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement payroll system enhancements and resolve operational issues. u2022 Identify opportunities for process improvements and streamline payroll workflows. u2022 Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local payroll regulations and company policies. u2022 Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for payroll systems and applications. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. u2022 Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience, including at least 2 years working with Oracle Payroll Cloud. u2022 Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle payroll operations for medium-sized organizations. u2022 Proficiency in payroll accounting, general ledger reconciliations, and costing configurations. u2022 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate payroll reporting and compliance. u2022 Familiarity with HCM SaaS solutions, specifically Oracle Fusion, is highly desirable. u2022 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate across teams. u2022 Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
