Aerospace Painter

Our client, a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a Prime Painter Aerospace to join their team. As a Prime Painter Aerospace, you will be part of the production team supporting quality assurance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Prime Painter Aerospace Location: Lynwood, CA Pay Range: $20 per hour What's the Job? + Mix and measure paint per specifications, ensuring accuracy before application. + Clean parts according to specifications and paint them according to required thickness. + Conduct post-paint inspections to ensure parts meet appearance and coverage standards. + Maintain a clean and safe paint booth environment, including changing filters and adhering to safety regulations. + Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required under OSHA guidelines and maintain all paint equipment. What's Needed? + High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) is required. + At least 1 year of experience in aircraft painting is preferred. + Ability to paint effectively on different surfaces and metals. + Strong understanding of safety regulations and proper PPE usage. + Ability to adapt to complex or non-routine situations with advanced skills.
