Description We are looking for a Workplace Consultant to join our team in Albany, New York. In this role, you will play a central part in identifying and cultivating customer relationships, managing sales processes, and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. Responsibilities: u2022 Identify potential customers through various channels, including referrals, networking, and online research. u2022 Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring consistent satisfaction and addressing client needs. u2022 Monitor quarterly performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for review. u2022 Create accurate quotations and oversee budget development, pricing strategies, and profit margin calculations. u2022 Coordinate internal resources, such as project management and design teams, to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives. u2022 Conduct site visits as needed to assess project requirements and provide hands-on support. u2022 Manage credit applications and payment processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and resolving any obstacles. u2022 Serve as a liaison between customers and the credit department to address and resolve payment discrepancies or credit holds. u2022 Stay informed about industry developments by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in relevant networks. u2022 Monitor market trends and competitor activities, recommending improvements to enhance products, services, and strategies. Requirements u2022 Proficiency in Epicor ERP systems and related solutions. u2022 Strong skills in CRM tools and customer relationship management. u2022 Demonstrated ability to excel in B2B sales and communication. u2022 Solid understanding of credit and collections processes. u2022 Ability to analyze market trends and competitor practices effectively. u2022 Experience in preparing quotations and managing budgets. u2022 Capable of building relationships with architects and designers through networking and social media. u2022 Commitment to continuous learning and a focus on detail-oriented development.
