The Opportunity: We are seeking a temporary Seasonal PT Toy Store Associate. This role will be involved in day-to-day operations at our Toy Store on Mattels Fisher-Price Campus in East Aurora, NY. This position reports directly to the Toy Store Assistant Manager. What Your Impact Will Be: Provide customer service support to the Toy Store, including answering phone calls, answering consumer questions, and cashing out sales Assist with stocking Toy Store shelves Assist other Toy Store clerks with projects as needed. Provide exceptional customer service in all aspects of the position. Assist with verifying, counting, sorting and storage of incoming inventory. Must be available to work Saturdays. What Were Looking For: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field 24 years of experience in inventory planning, logistics, or procurement Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of systems such as Coupa, OMNI, Tableau, Access, or MIMICS Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams High attention to detail and comfort working with complex data sets Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines Preferred: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels. Working knowledge of cash registers. Excellent verbal communication skills that demonstrate sound knowledge of grammar. Excellent organizational skills. Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills. Ability to handle a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time, climb a ladder and lift up to 40 pounds unassisted. High school education or equivalent. 1-2 years cashier and retail experience.
