Your role and responsibilities IBM is seeking to hire a Technical Support Professional Intern currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with a track record of success, in one of the following fields: Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Electronics, Telecommunications, Network Administration. This is a client facing role that provides high quality problem management support to IBM's clients running IMS Software. Required technical and professional expertise u2022 Adequate exposure to IMS, CICS, Db2z or other Mainframes (z/OS, MVS) Software technologies through university course work or projects.u2022 Adequate proficiency (Intermediate level or more) in IBM Assembler programming language.u2022 Currently pursuing the final year of a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science or a related field.u2022 Must be enrolled in an academic institution and not graduating before December 2026. Preferred technical and professional experience u2022 Hands on work experience in IMS, CICS, Db2z or other Mainframes (z/OS, MVS) Software technologies.
