The successful candidate will be committed to helping our customers conquer the considerable challengesu00a0of building and deploying high-availability, high-performance database applications and have a documentedu00a0record of exceeding goals. Come be a part of our global team Responsibilities: + Sell Database business solutions to companies in a defined territory. + Develop and maintain relationships with the key decision-makers for the enterprise to nurture a totalu00a0understanding of business needs. + Develop new accounts and implement plans for growth in existing accounts. + Work with Pre-Sales technical resources to gain complete understanding of customer needs andu00a0customize the appropriate solution. + Recognize customer business problems and drive/influence resources to address these needs; createu00a0business proposals around these needs. + Provide customers with a personalized level of customer service that reinforces the importance ofu00a0customer satisfaction. Requirements: + 1-3 years of relevant sales/ business development experience preferably in software salesu00a0 + Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual quota targets. + Knowledge of software development tools and the software development process a plus. + Well-organized, disciplined planner and implementer with sound strategic thinking and conceptualu00a0abilities/vision. + Exceptional telemarketing skills, including cold calls. + Exceptional skills in the development and execution of sales strategies. + Experience with call management systems; Salesforce experience is preferred. + Successful track record selling total business solutions. + Exceptional executive selling, negotiating, and customer service skills.u00a0 Required Skills + Ability to understand the business and technology needs of an organization. + Goal-oriented, team player; ability to multi-task is a must. + Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proposal preparation. + Functional knowledge of the following Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
