Summary:Mortenson is currently seeking project administrative assistant with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with an ability to work independently or with little supervision.Responsibilities:Organization and flexibility are critical in performing duties which include, but are not limited to:Perform clerical tasks and operate basic office equipmentHandle incoming calls and providing general information, forward calls to the appropriate party and take messages as requiredFile and maintain written records along with creating electronic copies for recordsReceive, sort and log all deliveries into computer databasePrepare daily outbound deliveriesPrepare materials for design and construction meetingsRecord and update meeting minutes for the various site meetingsResponsible for procurement of consumable materials and office suppliesSupport Superintendent with equipment inventory tracking and organizationSupport Superintendent with the entry of craft worker time cardsGeneral support for the project team as needed with various day to day tasksSchedule, track and log all repairs and standard maintenance for the work trucksProvide maps and directions to any visitors, subcontractors, deliveries or new employeesLog all applicants into the Craft Applicant Tracking SpreadsheetQualifications:Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years administrative experience, preferably supporting a large number of team membersProficiency in working on the computer in Microsoft Office, Excel, Email and Calendar systems, and PowerPointStrong working knowledge of basic office equipmentStrong communication skills both written and verbalAbility to be highly organizedEducation:An associate's degree in business or related administrative experience preferredA few benefits offered include:(for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week)Medical and prescription drug plans that includes no additional cost vision coverageDental plan401k retirement plan with a generous Mortenson matchPaid time off, holidays, and other paid leavesEmployer paid Life, AD&D, and disability insuranceNo-Cost mental health tool and conciergewith extensive work-life resourcesTuition reimbursementAdoption AssistanceGym Membership Discount ProgramThe base pay range for this role is $24.04/hr - $32.45/hr (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.#LI-JN1 #LI-OnsitePlease make note:Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.Our postings are typically open a minimum of 5 days and an average of 44 days.ABOUT MORTENSONAs a top builder, developer, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), our expertise spans markets like sports, renewable energy, data centers, healthcare, and more.
