Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Scheduling and Cell Logistics Specialist.Position type: Full-time- ContractDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: Summit, NJAs a Scheduling and Cell Logistics Specialist you will: Assist as a point of contact for apheresis centers, treatment sites, sites of care, manufacturing sites, couriers, and other internal partners. Ensure business continuity between internal and external partners. Monitor the Patient's treatment journey from collection to infusion while potentially troubleshooting issues. Monitor and triage requests and issues within the case management system. Comply with and maintain training and good documentation practices.The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree Work experience in one or more of the following fields: Customer Service, Call Center Operations, Account Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Logistics.
