If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Oracle HCM - Time and Labor for our Consulting practice.Responsibilities :Lead Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Oracle Cloud applicationsSupport business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; work with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/industriesLead the day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviewsSupervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements Manage engagements according to KPMGs financial/cost management policiesQualifications :A minimum of five years of Oracle enterprise resource planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation, and upgrade experienceCompletion of one full implementation with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation as a Functional Lead or Project LeadBachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/universityStrong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality levelDetailed understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP System concepts and general module functionalityTravel as requiredMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
