They own the technical delivery on end-to-end basis and have the workstreams report to them. The Technical Project Lead has knowledge of all areas of the project and can provide support and guidance as needed to the various project resources and Project stakeholders and participants. Technical Lead is also responsible for providing technical support for the project technical workstreams (SCAD, SOM, OMS and ADMS) where and when required. They also assist the solution vendor troubleshoot and resolve all escalated technical addition, the Technical Lead works with Client's Enterprise Architecture and System Development teams to ensure that the solution meets and respects both Client's requirements and are aligned with the application vendors solution and is within our own project scope. They will assist Client's team in ensuring that all project Architecture artifacts are completed and up to date.ResponsibilitiesThe ADMS Technical Project Lead is responsible for the technical delivery on projects and owns the technical scope for the project and TRC delivery team. The Technical Lead works closely with our TRC Senior Project Manager to ensure the overall technical and financial success of the projects for our clients.Provide impactful analysis of the technical challenges of the project and drives consistent, incremental delivery of the solution that benefits the time-to-value for TRC customers and is fully adopted by the Customer end-users.The Technical Lead is adept at influencing technical decisions and outcomes both internally and externallyProvide guidance and oversight to our workstream leads involved in the project to establish alignment on the tasks to deliver at every step of the project delivery and the interdependencies across project workstreams.Contribute to the planning of the overall project, and upcoming sprints for agile configuration work. He/she will ensure that all technical dependencies are covered with a plan.Collaborate with the customer technical leads to come-up with and maintain a list of technical gaps vs the requirements and will contribute to the resolution of the gaps with the technology provider.Conduct on-demand analysis and recommendations of the technical options to resolve gaps to facilitate decision making by the Customer executive level. Those can cover all domains: SCADA, EMS, DMS, OMS, GMS.Contribute to the technical consistency validation of the backlog at the beginning of each step, to ensure that it matches the overall plan for the project execution.Contribute to the definition an
