Overview:Supports project teams using a wide range of developing professional skills. Assists in reviewing and processing travel and expense reports and reimbursement requests. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Eager to learn, highly organized and willing to contribute effectively to the team.Responsibilities:Reviews and vets submitted expense reports for compliance with the Travel & Expense (T&E) Policy, such as ensuring that airfare/agency fees are company paid, car rental is company paid/employee paid and that receipts and amounts are compliant and accurateGarners and retains precise documentation for internal and external auditProcesses identified un-expensed airfare/agency fees from employee Emburse / Chrome River e-walletsAssists with domestic and international reservationsEnsure all travel arrangements adhere to the T&E policy and company guidelinesProvides support to travelers throughout their tripsAddress any travel-related issues that may arise, such as flight cancellations or delays, and find solutionsAssists Travel Manager with annual hotel Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for discounted rates for HKS offices to evaluate vendor responses that will help make vendor selection decisionsProvides firm-wide support for Emburse / Chrome River and Egencia issuesQualifications:Preferred bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or an equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically with 0+ years of experienceExperience in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook and WordExperience in Emburse / Chrome River Expense and Egencia Travel preferredGood interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staffStrong work ethic and eagerness to produce high quality, accurate resultsStrong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same timeAbility to hold sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and integrityAbility to communicate and present ideas in a clear, concise and professional manner both verbally and in writingAbility to problem solve and apply appropriate solutionsAbility to work and collaborate in a team environment, and ability to work independently and prioritize workAbility to effectively meet deadlines at expected qualityIf you currently work for HKS, please submit your application via the Internal Careers Portal.HKS is an EEO/AA Employer: M/F/Disabled/VeteranHKS is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and committed to a policy of non-discrimination in all employment practices including, but not limited to, recruiting, hiring, training, advancement, compensation, and termination.
