Transportation Project Manager - Columbus, Ohio - JOB 25-01502Salary Range: $100K - $125K+ Permanent Position with BenefitsColumbus Ohio Engineering Firm seeks an experienced Transportation Project Manager to manage Civil Engineering Construction ProjectsREQUIREMENTS:u2022 Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Engineering with an Ohio P.E. / Professional Engineering License Preferred and a minimum of (8) years of hands-on experience overseeing the following projects:u2022 Multi-use Trails and/or Multi-Modal Transportation, Community Planning, Active; Passive Park work including Greenways, Waterfront, Highway / Roadway improvements, roundabouts, traffic signals, highway lighting, sidewalks, transportation planning, streetscape, storm sewer systems, and culverts.u2022 PLA/RLA, AICP, PE, or other relevant certifications are preferredu2022 Experience planning production, task management, schedule, andu2022 budget managementu2022 Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skillsu2022 Supervise associates by providing ongoing direction for specific project tasks, budgets, and schedulesu2022 Assign work to staff; sub-contractors, monitor project budgets, review invoicing, establish and monitoring quality requirementsu2022 Maintain communication with clients and regulatory agenciesu2022 Identify and monitor/mitigate risks throughout the projectu2022 Prepare proposals contracts, determine project requirements, budget,u2022 deliverables, and scope based upon requirementsu2022 Follow the company's QA/QC Performance Standardsu2022 Proficient in MS Office and computer-aided design softwareCandidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.Due to the large amount of resumes we expect to receive only the most qualified candidates will be contacted.
