Contracts Administrator - Hybrid Flexibility

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Contracts Administrator in Phoenix, Arizona. Working in the construction industry, this role includes drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts and subcontracts. This position is hybrid, offering the flexibility of being in office Tuesday's and Thursday's and working from home on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Responsibilities: u2022 Drafting, negotiating, and redlining contracts and subcontracts u2022 Handling Master Service Agreements (MSAs), amendments, Term and Conditions (T& Cs) u2022 Ensuring compliance with all contract terms and agreements u2022 Utilizing LinxSquares for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) u2022 Managing contract routing for signatures Requirements u2022 Understanding of Contracts in general, with the ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts effectively u2022 Expertise in Contract Management, including the ability to oversee all aspects of a contract from initiation to completion u2022 Strong skills in Contract Administration, including the maintenance and organization of contract records u2022 Experience in the Construction industry is desirable, understanding the specific contract requirements in this field u2022 Ability to be on-site in Phoenix, Arizona office on Tuesday's and Thursday's Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
