Fooda is currentlyu00a0recruiting for a part timeu00a0Event Coordinator in our Denver market.u00a0This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a hospitality or events background who are eager to learn about food service, work with great customers, and support a broad network of excellent local restaurants. What Youu2019ll Be Doing + Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities, including: 1.) being onsite to set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, problem-solve, and ensure high quality set-up and customer experience, 2.) serve as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafu00e9s for team members who have time off, and 3.) getting restaurants onsite and access to the buildingu00a0 + Gain competency with Foodau2019s technology and standard operations procedures + Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication + Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale (POS) system, onsite technology, and TV menu boards + Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching + Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer + Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality + Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve + Critical hours are over lunch Monday - Thursday (10 am u2013 2 pm) but responsibilities may span 8am-4pm, depending on the market and needu00a0 Who You Are:u00a0 + You love building relationships with customers and enjoy customer service + You are friendly, high energy and love interacting with other people + You are savvy with technology and will be comfortable in a fast-paced start-up + You are resourceful, exhibit grace under pressure, and know youu2019re capable of finding solutions + You are a strong communicator and self-starter + You are organized and detail oriented.
