Senior Art DirectorPosition OverviewOur telecommunications client is seeking a Senior Art Director to join their dynamic creative team on a 3 month contract with the opportunity to extend. This role offers the opportunity to shape high-impact visual storytelling across a wide range of channels and formats. The ideal candidate is a seasoned creative leader with a strong digital background and hands on experience crafting creative that touches Email, Web, App, Digital Display and some print. This role is rooted more in art background than copy.This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office, and can be in Overland Park, KS ideally, but also open to Denver, CO.Key Responsibilities- Define and guide the visual direction of creative work across multiple formats, including: Out-of-Home (OOH), Digital, Event, Live Action, Motion Graphics, Branding, Style Guides, Logos, UX/UI, Web, Email, Direct Mail, Presentation Decks, Print, and Photography.- Collaborate with creative team members, studio managers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.u00a0- Present creative concepts and final work to senior leadership, articulating design rationale with confidence.u00a0- Provide and receive feedback constructively, knowing when to advocate for ideas and when to pivot.- Organize and prepare design files for production and handoff to content management teams.u00a0- Maintain and update logo sheets and ensure adherence to file naming conventions and organizational standards.u00a0- Support additional duties and special projects as assigned by business leadership.Qualifications- Experience: 4-7 years in a creative role within an agency, studio, production company, or in-house design team.u00a0- Minimum 2 years as a full-time Graphic or UX/UI Designer. -- At least 4 years of experience in Art Direction, including mentoring designers and setting visual direction for campaigns.u00a0- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field.u00a0- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across digital and traditional media.u00a0- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.u00a0- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
