CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN u00a0 u00a0 Job Responsibilities & Requirements HVACu00a0Service Tech for company that handles service work and site maintenance for national accounts. u2022 Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction u2022 Uses a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units. u2022 Identifies, analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs systems and products at customeru2019s location. u2022 Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as need or requested by customers. u2022 Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary. u2022 Inspects vehicles by checking vehicle condition and cleanliness u2022 Maintains vehicles by keeping records of service, scheduling, and complete repairs and maintenance service u2022 Maintains equipment by inspecting for signs of wear. Notifies customer and/or Operations Manager of findings. u2022 Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files u2022 Represents company by serving as a direct customer contact. u2022 Determines parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need u2022 Documents work by completing paperwork on each job, including daily time, progress, and duration; and maintaining files. u2022 Records parts, material, labor, subs and other cost data per assignment and returns unused resources. u2022 Turns in all required paperwork and reports in a timely manner. u2022 Keeps current on all products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service and repair u2022 Read and interpret product specifications u2022 Provides technical support to customers u2022 Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as necessary u2022 Regular travel requirements with some overnight travel, as needed u00a0 BENEFITS OFFERED: + Medical Insurance + Dental Insurance + Paid Vacations + 401(k) retirement plan with generous company match Powered by JazzHR
