What you'll do: u00b7 Comprehensive training: Participate in a paid, 4-month program featuring dynamic instructor-led training and immersive learning experiences designed to sharpen your sales skills. u00b7 Customer engagement: Gain hands-on experience by working directly with real customers to apply your learning in practical, impactful ways. u00b7 Learning hub: Start your journey at the iconic AT&T Discovery District in Dallas, TX, where youu2019ll acquire deep insights into cutting-edge sales strategies and innovative solutions. u00b7 Market placement: Transition to one of the South Texas Market cities (Austin, TX, Houston, TX, San Antonio, TX) after program completion, with assignments based on business needs and availability. u00b7 Sales executive role: Step into your Sales Executive position equipped with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to tackle business challenges, exceed customer expectations, and achieve ambitious sales goals. u00b7 Technology utilization: Leverage industry-leading technology to deliver exceptional results and drive customer success in your assigned market. u00b7 Driving requirement: Drive regularly as part of your roleu2014valid driveru2019s license required. What you'll need: u00b7 Degree requirements: Bacheloru2019s degree required, preferably in a business-related field. u00b7 Valid driveru2019s license: Valid driveru2019s license required due to the nature of the role. u00b7 Relocation flexibility: Willingness and ability to relocate within the U.S. as needed. What you'll bring: u00b7 Education: Recent college graduate with 0u20133 years of professional work experience. u00b7 Career ambition: Strong desire to launch and grow a successful career in sales. u00b7 Sales experience: Preferred experience in cold calling and/or a sales-related major or certificate. u00b7 Language skills: Bilingual abilities are a plus and highly valued. Total Target Cash Compensation u00b7 Months 1 & 2: Earn an annualized base salary of $57,000 during foundational training. u00b7 Months 3 & 4: Transition to a sales quota and commission structure with a base salary of $48,300 plus the opportunity to earn up to $17,000 annually in commissions, bringing total compensation for these months to $65,300.
