Join us On call and weekend rotation required Detailed oriented, Cyber Resiliency Event Response Analyst primarily responsible for coordinating response efforts to mitigate impact, and facilitate recovery, during events that could impact Global information Security operations. Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure our organization can effectively respond to and recover from disruptive events, including cybersecurity incidents, natural disasters, and other emergencies. This role includes rotational, on-call, weekend & holiday support. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Crisis and Event Response u2022 Serve in a critical response role during crisis events, coordinating efforts to mitigate impact and facilitate recovery. u2022 Responsible for the continuous improvement, development and execution of crisis response plans, ensuring alignment with organizational business continuity strategies. u2022 Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare for and respond to incidents, including cyber threats, natural disasters, and other emergencies. Documentation and Reporting u2022 Maintain up-to-date documentation of operational event response plans, procedures, protocols, and incident reports. u2022 Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of related business continuity initiatives and response activities. Continuous Improvement u2022 Stay informed about industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging threats related to business continuity and cybersecurity. u2022 Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of the organization's resilience capabilities. u2022 Lead or participate in Project Management activities Required Qualifications u2022 3+ years of experience in crisis management, or a related role, preferably within the cybersecurity sector. u2022 Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders u2022 Experience with risk management frameworks and methodologies u2022 Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and execution, including IT disaster recovery strategies. u2022 Understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and vulnerabilities that may impact business operations. u2022 Ability to analyze complex situations, identify vulnerabilities, and develop effective solutions. u2022 Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and make informed decisions during event/crisis Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 Bank of America and its affiliates consider for employment and hire qualified candidates without regard to race, religious creed, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law, and as such affirms in policy and practice to support and promote the concept of equal employment opportunity, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws.
