Responsibilities: u00b7 Provides administrative, and operational support to assigned project or task(s). Reviews status and prepares status reports. u00b7 Participate in the development of reports, and task order and administrative reporting u00b7 Facilitate and attend internal meetings as well as meetings with stakeholders u00b7 Update required certifications and correspondence with federal partners and states u00b7 Conduct research and prepare documentation for responses including congressional inquiries, declarations, and FOIA requests u00b7 Oversee written program documentation, presentations, and business communications for internal and external distribution including maintenance of technical and program documents on the ACF website u00b7 Track and report on initiatives and projects u00b7 Respond to ad hoc requests from Federal Managers Required Skills: u00b7 BA/BS or equivalent experience, with at least 10 years of general experience u00b7 Ability to work independently on projects, problem solve, and seek solutions u00b7 Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Word and PowerPoint u00b7 Proficient typing skills at a minimum of 60 WPM u00b7 Efficiently perform large volumes of manual data entry u00b7 Experience supporting technical resources in waterfall development lifecycle projects Desired Skills: u00b7 Self-motivation, intellectual curiosity, and ability to multi-task effectively u00b7 Excellent oral and written communication, including strong meeting facilitation skills (agenda development, structure, and process of meetings) u00b7 Effective interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation u00b7 Technical writing experience u00b7 Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification The likely salary range for this position is $62,075 - $83,983. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
