The Opportunity + Help develop and edit communications content. + Participate in communications strategy and planning. + Research and help coordinate upcoming conferences, PR opportunities, social media content, and other communications activities. + Maintain and update communications materials and databases while supporting regular internal reporting. + Work closely with marketing and communications teamsto deliver business-aligned campaigns, both internally and externally. + Miscellaneous duties as required. Is this role right for you? Required: + Pursuing a bacheloru2019s degree or higher (open to all majors- marketing, engineering, architecturalstudies, history, psychology, sociology, etc.,). + Strong storytelling, writing and copyediting, communication, research, and organizational skills. + Experience with the following computer applications: Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative Suite. + Must have strong collaboration skills and a proactive attitude, with an ability to work within a team environment and with staff of different levels of experience. + Availability to work flexible hours when required + Candidate must be eligible to work in the US without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future to be considered for this role. Preferred: + Bilingual skills: English for speaking, writing, and reading.Spanish and/or French writing and reading skills a bonus. + Experience or interest in the innovation, design, and construction industry preferred, knowledge of Architecture/Engineering field helpful. + Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple deadlines with great attention to detail. + Ability to find, write and tell great stories. + Maintain an enthusiastic and collaborative approach to working with deadlines. + Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks to support the needs of the team. We balance your needs with our clients and communities Los Angeles Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Los Angeles, CA is $21.50 to $32.50 per hour.
