Meet with service advisors regularly and check in on opportunities. Look at service appointments and follow up with customers on the drive that are in the most likely category. Aim for 5u00a0Appraisals per day. Goal of at least 3 vehicle acquisitions a week. Hand off customer to appropriate manager if customer wishes to trade their vehicle for either a new or used vehicle.. Make 40-60 calls per day using theu00a0 and setting 4 appointments per day. Daily checkout with General Sales Manager providing confirmation on daily performances. Other thing needed by sale/service dept REQUIREMENTS: Previous dealership experience a huge plus Enthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workday Goal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating pricing Attention to detail and problem solving capabilities Quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills Clean driving record & valid driveru2019s license
