As a Pizza Cook, youu2019ll be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas quickly and efficiently during events, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities: u2022 Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to standardized recipes and portion sizes u2022 Operate pizza ovens and related kitchen equipment safely and efficiently u2022 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and kitchen area u2022 Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency u2022 Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines (e.g., proper food handling, storage, labeling) u2022 Restock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout the event u2022 Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as assigned u2022 Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other concession workers u2022 Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests at service counters (if applicable) Qualifications: u2022 Previous experience in food preparation or pizza making preferred u2022 Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment u2022 Knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe certification a plus) u2022 Strong attention to detail and cleanliness u2022 Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays u2022 Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Apply to Levy today _Levy is a member of Compass Group USA_ Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story ( Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
