This role involves planning, coordinating, and managing teams and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities u25cf Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes of work u25cf Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and internal teams u25cf Procure materials and manage vendor and supplier relationships u25cf Allocate manpower and support on-site job coordination u25cf Review and interpret blueprints and technical documents u25cf Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and purchase orders u25cf Conduct regular site visits and lead project progress meetings u25cf Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and quality standards Minimum Requirements u25cf High school diploma or GED u25cf Minimum 10 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience u25cf At least 5 years in a supervisory role, such as Foreman or Superintendent u25cf Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager u25cf Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills u25cf Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure u25cf Valid driveru2019s license with a clean driving record u25cf Must pass a drug screening and background check Preferred Qualifications u25cf Associateu2019s or Bacheloru2019s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field u25cf Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician (optional) u25cf Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and project management tools u25cf Referral from a current Fountain Services employee (optional) Portfolio We deliver some of the highest-value and most complex electrical projects in the region.
