Senior Project Engineer (PE) - Water Resources

Rani Engineering is looking for a Senior Project Engineer (PE) to join our growing Water Resources team. This role will focus on complex drainage design, stormwater management, and hydrologic/hydraulic (H/H) analysis for a variety of transportation and municipal projects. This role includes the responsibility of training, supporting, and educating others within the department. Your Impact - Perform H/H modeling and stormwater BMP design using HydroCAD, Bentley ORD, ArcGIS, and AutoCAD Civil 3D Lead development of design standards for drainage plans, construction documents, and special provisions Responsibility for technical reports, permitting documentation, and cost estimates Assist with project proposals and client coordination Manage projects and interface with clients Deliver high-quality work within budgets and schedules Assist in the training and development of junior team members Track project status and report out to the Practice Lead
