This position offers a base salary, plus commission, comprehensive training, and a great team environment. Job Responsibilities: + Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals. + Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. + Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business. + Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process. + Maintaining a relationship with the Realtor community. + Working & communicating effectively with customers & team members. + Understanding and communicating the loan process. Qualifications + A Minnesota Real Estate License is required. If you do not have one, we will work with you to earn your license upon employment. + Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required. + Proven closing and negotiating skills. + Strong communication skills both verbal & written, with the ability to talk in pictures. + Great listening skills & creative problem-solving abilities. + A proven background in prospecting. + Proactive follow up with prospective customers. + Marketing strategies. + A high level of enthusiasm and energy. + Acts with integrity. + Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually. + Strong organizational skills. + Ability to prioritize & multi-task.
