You may support a variety of IT projects in a BusinessAnalyst, Developer, Systems Engineer, or Data Analytic/BI type role. Responsibilities may include gathering requirements for development, design andtesting of decision support systems, or participation in the development,maintenance, enhancement and support of our software applications orinfrastructure environments. Data analytics is used to create performancedashboards and service level agreements with various products. Interns workingin Developer roles are given an opportunity to utilize various methods andtechnologies (i.e. AWS cloud technology, Java/JEE, JSON, Spring, Angular,Agile/DevOps delivery, API, JavaScript, C++ on Linux, Python, REST, XML, webservices, HTML, Oracle and expanding mobile technologies). Some duties may benon-technical. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) u00b7 Beable to commit to working the entire summer internship program, May 11 u2013 August 7, 2026 (13 weeks) u00b7 Bewilling to work from the Minneapolis St. Paul, MN (MSP)office. Mostteams work a partially onsite / partially remote (hybrid) work schedulewith management approval. u00b7 Havea 2.5 GPA or higher and have completed at least 2 years in a college program. Degree emphasis should be in Computer Science, Software Development,Systems/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, DataScience, Data Analytics/Operations Research, Cyber Security, BusinessManagement or a related field u00b7 Idealcandidates have strong analytical, leadership, written and verbal communicationskills and a good work ethic u00b7 Beable to accept diverse people, thinking and consistently make safety andsecurity, of self and others, a priority u00b7 Havean interest in solving complex problems and be willing to invest time andenergy to overcome roadblocks u00b7 Possessan awareness of cloud technology, Software Dev Lifecycles, and/or PC hardwarecomponents and/or maintenance u00b7 Beable to conduct yourself in a mature manner and be comfortable working in a businesscasual work attire environment u00b7 Havean interest in working as a full time employee after graduation if an offer isextended What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) u00b7 Abilityto digest large amounts of data and information and succinctly explain what canbe learned from the data and how it can support decision making; Desire tolearn leadership techniques and best practices in problem solving and conflictresolution to enable innovation and progress on difficult to solve challengesof our customers; Have a passion for working on technologies such as Mobileapps, Enterprise Web apps, APIs, Messaging, Databases, Big Data, and ArtificialIntelligence AdditionalBest Practices Inthis role you should be willing to learn different approaches to resolvingproblems, be flexible, able to handle shifting priorities, be results driven,and be receptive to being mentored in order to grow and improve.
