JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description This Program Manager opportunity will workwithin Medica's Clinical Services division, supporting optimizationefforts for clinical systems and integrations specifically focused onour claims platform migration efforts. Key accountabilities includerepresenting the voice of the customer by providing domain knowledge andexpertise to drive business outcomes, including the coordination ofpeople, process and technology. This role will act as a key change agentfor the business and is accountable for business decisions related tothe planning, delivery and operational aspects of a key strategicportfolio of investment as well as continuous value stream improvement.Performs other duties as assigned. Key Accountabilities Lead clinicalcomponents of claims platform migration initiative in alignment withMedia's strategic goals around optimization and growth Establish andmaintain strong internal partnerships with key cross functional leadersto ensure system and operational readiness for migration effortsMaintains and communicates program timelines across stakeholders Tracksand drives issues through resolution with appropriate areas such as IT,configuration, etc Ensures solutions follow Medica policies, governmentregulatory & legislative requirements Accountable for understanding andcommunicating constituent impacts to all program decisions. Ensures allinternal and stakeholders are appropriately informed and aligned to meetconstituent needs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree orequivalent combination of education and related work experience 7+ yearsof related experience with 5+ years of experience working on largeorganizational projects Preferred Qualifications Experience working inbusiness systems analysis or product ownership strongly preferred,particularly within clinical services and/or claims areas Experienceworking with technological development teams utilizing Agile methodsSkills and Abilities Strong ability to build and maintain positiveworking relationships with all levels, including executives to analystsVery effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching,collaborating, and team building Strong analytical, planning, andorganizational skills with an ability to manage competing demandsIn-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the abilityto establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence Provenability to lead software development projects and ensure objectives,goals, and commitments are met Excellent oral and written communicationsskills and experience interacting with both business and IT individualsat all levels including the executive level Creative approach toproblem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintainingthe
