As a member of our GeoscienceGroup, you'll apply your skills across all stages of environmentalprojectscontributing meaningful work to our communities and environment.This senior role plays a key part in client relationships, technicalleadership, and project oversight. Key Responsibilities Developtechnical approaches for subsurface investigations Lead project teams toimplement multi-discipline remediation solutions for soil, groundwater,sediment, and vapor using in-situ and ex-situ technologies Establishwork procedures, schedules, budgets, and staffing requirements Overseepreparation of contract/design drawings, specifications, and biddocuments for environmental remediation projects Coordinate and monitorsubcontractor work activities Ensure efficient time management with astrong attention to detail Review ongoing remediation projects tooptimize performance or recommend alternative strategies Supportbusiness development through proposal writing, scope and feenegotiation, interviews, and presentations Required Skills andExperience 10+ years of relevant environmental engineering experienceDegree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or related) P.E.(Professional Engineer) license strongly preferred Proven experience in:Site investigations Feasibility studies Pilot scale studies Soil andgroundwater remediation Environmental engineering design Understandingof CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, and Wisconsin NR 500 & 700 series regulationsStrong written and verbal communication skills with both internal teamsand external stakeholders Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritizetasks and solve problems proactively Passion for mentoring and coachingjunior engineers and staff Why Join Us?
