KeyResponsibilities Design plans for large animal facilities andagricultural waste management projects Prepare stormwater and erosioncontrol plans Develop details, specifications, and technical reportsPrepare regulatory submittals Conduct construction documentationservices Provide project management and act as liaison to regulatoryagencies or contractors Identify and develop new clients to help growthe company Review and approve plans prepared by others Required Skillsand Experience Bachelor's degree in Biological Systems Engineering,Civil Engineering, or a related field Wisconsin P.E. license 8+ years ofengineering experience Knowledge of NRCS and DNR standards andspecifications Familiarity with agricultural livestock systems includinganimal housing, waste storage, pumping stations, and piping systemsProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD Why Join Us?
