JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description The Customer Experience Specialist III isa senior-level service professional responsible for managing the mostcomplex, sensitive, and high-stakes customer interactions. This roleserves as the primary contact for VIP members and escalated cases fromexecutives, regulatory bodies, and business partners. With a focus ondelivering white-glove service, the Specialist ensures a seamless andempathetic experience while coordinating across internal departments toresolve systemic issues. This position operates with minimal supervisionand has a significant impact on team objectives and customersatisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned. Key AccountabilitiesStrong interpersonal and written communication skills, with emphasis onempathy and professionalism. Proven ability to handle confidential orsensitive information with discretion. High attention to detail,follow-through, and organizational skills. Experience with telephony andCRM systems (e.g., Five9, Avaya, Salesforce). Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice tools. Ability to work independently and make moderate decisionsto meet objectives. Comfortable working in a hybrid, remote, orin-office environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a highlevel of professionalism, discretion, and ownership in everyinteraction. They will be empathetic communicators with a strong abilityto navigate complex situations and advocate for customers whileupholding organizational standards. The ideal candidate thrives in afast-paced, regulated environment and is committed to deliveringexceptional service. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma orequivalent. Minimum of 3 years of related work experience. StronglyPreferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience. 3+ years in customer service, case management,or escalation support-preferably in healthcare, insurance, or otherregulated industries. Complete working knowledge and proficiency inadministrative functions. Skills and Abilities Strong interpersonal andwritten communication skills, with emphasis on empathy andprofessionalism. Proven ability to handle confidential or sensitiveinformation with discretion. High attention to detail, follow-through,and organizational skills.
